Here’s something I miss about music:

B-sides.

They’re very familiar to those who have used cassettes but they’re also the reason why I used to buy singles on CD. There would be the song I want and this super awesome extra song that didn’t make the album. I miss B-sides because they were usually really good songs that just didn’t fit with the sound of the rest of that particular album. Now where do those songs go? Some of my favourite songs could be sitting in a computer folder somewhere and I’ll never get to hear it because no one has thought to release it.
